Living Water Christian Cruise (“LWCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an event, group, and tour organizer based in Florida. LWCC organizes group participation and programming associated with cruise travel, often on Royal Caribbean ships. LWCC is not the cruise line, carrier, or ship operator. When you book cruise travel, the cruise line, travel agency, payment processor, and other travel partners may collect, use, and disclose your information under their own terms and privacy policies. This Privacy Policy applies only to LWCC’s handling of personal information in connection with the Services we provide directly.

By attending or participating in LWCC events, you understand that your likeness, voice, or image may be captured in public or group settings.

Minors

If minors are permitted to participate in an LWCC program:

  • minors may appear incidentally in group or public event footage;

  • a parent or legal guardian may notify LWCC staff onboard or by contacting us to request that we use reasonable efforts not to intentionally feature the minor in posed or targeted promotional content; however,

  • we cannot guarantee that a minor will never appear in background, crowd, or incidental footage captured in public or group settings.
