This Shipping Policy applies to all merchandise and physical products purchased from LWCC through our website, online checkout, invoice links, social media checkout links, or any LWCC-authorized sales channel. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

LWCC may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version posted at the time of your order will generally apply to that order unless a change is required by law.

1) Fulfillment Method

LWCC merchandise is generally fulfilled by shipping only.

From time to time, LWCC may offer pickup for certain cruise-exclusive merchandise. If pickup is offered for a specific product, that will be stated at checkout, on the product page, or in order communications.

Not all items are eligible for pickup. Pickup is limited to qualifying cruise-exclusive merchandise only.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Processing time is separate from production time and transit time. Processing may include payment verification, order review, inventory allocation, packaging, label creation, and carrier handoff.

Orders are not typically processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or holidays unless LWCC states otherwise.

LWCC will make reasonable efforts to ship within the stated timeframe, but order processing may be delayed by high order volume, inventory issues, event-related demand, severe weather, carrier disruptions, fraud review, customs issues, or other circumstances outside LWCC’s reasonable control. LWCC should only advertise shipment timing it reasonably expects it can meet, and if shipment timing materially changes, applicable law may require customer notice and cancellation/refund options. 

3) Production, Transit, and Delivery Estimates

After processing, production, shipment, and delivery timing is estimated as follows:

  • United States: typically 5 to 10 business days

  • International: typically 7 to 14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, labor disruptions, local delivery conditions, or other events outside LWCC’s control.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, LWCC does not control carrier transit speed, routing, scan timing, delivery scheduling, customs clearance, or final delivery performance. Carrier-related delays do not automatically entitle a customer to compensation, refund, credit, or replacement unless required by law or expressly approved by LWCC in writing. The FTC requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping promise and, absent a stated shipping time, generally to have a reasonable basis to ship within 30 days. 

4) Shipping Destinations

LWCC ships from the United States and may offer shipment to U.S. and international destinations.

Availability of shipping to a specific destination may depend on carrier service, local laws, import restrictions, sanctions, package limitations, customs requirements, fraud screening, or operational limitations.

LWCC reserves the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel shipment to any destination or address in its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

 

5) Shipping Methods and Carriers

LWCC may use one or more third-party carriers based on destination, package weight, package size, service availability, reliability, and operational needs.

LWCC may use standard shipping or another shipping method selected by LWCC unless a specific method is expressly offered at checkout or in writing.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout, reflected on your invoice, or otherwise communicated before shipment.

6) Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, LWCC will send tracking information after the shipping label is created or after the order is shipped.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately and may take 24 to 72 hours or longer to update in the carrier’s system.

LWCC is not responsible for carrier tracking delays, missed scans, inaccurate scans, or incomplete tracking events.

7) Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, gate code, company name, or other required delivery details.

If you need to correct your shipping address, email info@livingwaterchristiancruise.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

LWCC will try to honor address change requests made before shipment, but address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Once an order has been processed, packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier, LWCC may not be able to change the address.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, misdelivered, destroyed, or incurs additional charges because the customer provided an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, handling, storage, or reshipment fees.

8) Cruise-Exclusive Pickup Orders

Pickup may be offered only for certain cruise-exclusive merchandise.

If you select or are assigned a pickup-based fulfillment method for eligible cruise-exclusive merchandise, you are responsible for coordinating and receiving the order through the designated pickup method communicated by LWCC.

If the customer does not contact LWCC to arrange or confirm the pickup method or shipping method within 7 days after the cruise ends, the order may be deemed abandoned.

If LWCC agrees to convert an unclaimed pickup order to shipping, the customer must pay any applicable shipping and handling charges before the order will be shipped.

LWCC is not responsible for missed pickup resulting from the customer’s failure to monitor email, messages, event updates, or pickup instructions.

9) Returned, Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to LWCC as undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or otherwise not deliverable for reasons not caused by LWCC, LWCC may contact the customer using the information on file.

If the customer wants the package resent, the customer must pay any new shipping and handling charges before reshipment.

If LWCC does not receive a response, updated address, or required payment within a reasonable time after notice, LWCC may treat the order as abandoned, cancel the order, restock the items where applicable, or otherwise dispose of the items without further liability, subject to applicable law.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.

10) Lost, Stolen, Missing, or Delivered-but-Not-Received Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, contact info@livingwaterchristiancruise.com and include your order number.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, you should:

  • check around the delivery location,

  • check with household members, neighbors, front desk staff, and building management,

  • contact the carrier to request delivery details or open a claim, and

  • email info@livingwaterchristiancruise.com with your order number and carrier claim details.

Once a package is handed to the carrier, carrier handling and delivery are outside LWCC’s control. LWCC is not required to replace or refund packages that are marked delivered by the carrier.

However, LWCC may, in its sole discretion, choose to offer a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or other resolution on a case-by-case basis. Any such courtesy does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.

Risk-of-loss rules can vary by transaction structure and applicable law, and nonconforming goods or seller breach can shift responsibility back to the seller under default UCC rules. Nothing in this policy waives any non-waivable consumer rights. 

11) Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact info@livingwaterchristiancruise.com the same day the package is delivered, unless LWCC makes an exception in its sole discretion.

Please include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos of the item,

  • photos of the packaging,

  • photos of the shipping label, and

  • any other supporting information requested by LWCC.

Failure to report damage or order issues the same day may limit LWCC’s ability to investigate the issue or provide a remedy, except where LWCC chooses to make an exception.

12) International Orders: Duties, Taxes, Customs, and Import Rules

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, tariffs, customs charges, or other destination-country fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless LWCC expressly states otherwise in writing.

LWCC is not responsible for customs delays, import holds, refused entry, seizure, additional documentation requirements, or delivery failures caused by destination-country laws, customs authorities, or local carriers.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because of unpaid duties, taxes, prohibited goods rules, address issues, customs restrictions, or customer inaction, the customer remains responsible for all original shipping charges, return charges, customs-related fees, and any amounts LWCC incurs.

13) No Guaranteed Delivery Date

LWCC does not guarantee that merchandise will arrive by any specific date, including before a cruise, event, holiday, birthday, trip, or special occasion, unless LWCC expressly guarantees that date in writing.

Customers needing merchandise by a certain date should order early and understand that shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

14) Fraud Prevention and Order Holds

LWCC reserves the right to hold, delay, limit, refuse, or cancel any order if LWCC suspects fraud, unauthorized activity, chargeback risk, resale abuse, pricing error, shipping irregularity, or other misuse.

LWCC may request additional verification before shipping an order.

If an order is canceled for fraud prevention or verification failure after payment is submitted, LWCC may issue a refund in accordance with its payment review process and applicable law.

15) Limitation of Liability for Shipping Issues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LWCC is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, carrier errors, customs delays, tracking issues, lost packages, theft after delivery, weather disruptions, labor disruptions, government actions, or other events outside LWCC’s reasonable control.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

16) Related Policies

This Shipping Policy should be read together with LWCC’s Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If there is any conflict, the more specific policy for the transaction or product will control unless applicable law requires otherwise.
